I’m passionate about psychoeducation and teaching evidence-based skills that support meaningful, lasting change. My therapeutic approach draws from a range of psychological frameworks, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapies (CBT/REBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method. With a sex-positive and inclusive approach, I welcome clients from polyamorous, non-monogamous, open, kink, and BDSM communities. I believe that understanding the science behind mental health empowers people to heal and thrive. I’m a licensed psychologist offering online therapy in 42 states, dedicated to creating a space that is warm, curious, compassionate, and often infused with humor.
