I believe that therapy should be individualized for everyone. Therapy is not one size fits all, and because of that I draw from an eclectic approach. I focus on empowering clients to take control of their lives and the way they think in connection with their actions. I view the client as the expert in their own life and it is important that they are heard, supported and validated through each part of the process. I am skilled and trained in Trauma-Focused CBT, CBT (in general) and DBT. I am willing to also explore other techniques and methods that would better suit my client if they find that these methods do not fit them.
