I love watching my clients learn about who they are and achieve their ultimate goals, whether those are career goals, relational goals, mental or physical health goals- I am here to journey with you and to encourage you along the way. I want you to come as you are and I'll challenge you when you need it. This process is not easy, but it's easier with a guide. If you would like to start showing up more authentically in life, I would be honored to help you get there. I utilize aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy along with the therapeutic relationship to help my clients achieve their goals. I feel confident working on issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, self-confidence, life-satisfaction and relationship issues. I am an ADHD certified clinical services provider.
