My ideal client is someone who feels overwhelmed, disconnected from their body, and tired of pushing through life on autopilot. They may be anxious, emotionally sensitive, or stuck in old patterns that don’t reflect who they truly are. They need grounding, clarity, and a sense of inner safety. Their goal is to feel regulated, confident, and aligned — to trust themselves again. They want relief, but more than that, they want to feel whole, empowered, and deeply connected to their intuition and purpose.
