About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) working with teens and adults in an outpatient setting. I am currently accepting new clients. I enjoy working with individuals to improve awareness, learn coping skills, develop self-compassion, and engage fully in the rich and meaningful life that you deserve. I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lewis-Clark State College and my master’s degree in counseling from Idaho State University. I utilize an evidence-based based approach known as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
