I see people dealing with anxiety, anger, and/or self-doubt. My approach is to help you understand your mind better to reduce your suffering and move you forward toward what matters most to you. Think of it as getting an owner's manual to the most important piece of equipment you own: your mind. At times, your mind can become a surprisingly unhelpful companion. Thoughtful, capable people can find themselves stuck in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, or emotional reactivity, especially under stress. Your mind is usually trying to help, but it can end up pulling you off course, even when it’s trying to protect you.
