With nearly seven years of experience in the mental health field, I've had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including in-home, community environments, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and schools. This diverse background has provided me with a unique perspective on the challenges and triumphs that individuals face in different stages of life. My husband has served for over 21 years as a Chief in the U.S. Navy, which has given me a deep understanding of the military lifestyle and the unique challenges that come with it.
