It's almost been a year since Covid and you are still feeling stressed, overwhelmed, tired, and irritable. These feelings have probably been accompanied by physical symptoms such as chest pain, crying, shaking, and tense muscles. You're tired of feeling this way and have tried to return to your "normal" self but not seems to work. You thought it was just a phase and you would adapt to the many changes that 2020 has brought. This has affected areas of your life such as work, friendships, relationships, and academics. If this seems familiar then you may be experiencing anxiety. These symptoms feel bigger than you. You just want to take back control. I can help you learn to manage these symptoms. I will teach you about your brain, body, and feelings. We will work together and at your pace to help you return to a sense of calm and safety. I will provide you with tools each session so that you feel well equipped outside of sessions.
