My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy meaning I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you will be accepted with unconditional positive regard, and where you will be free to be your authentic self. Therapy will feel like a partnership where together we will uncover your strengths, collaborate on your own unique treatment goals, and work on them at your own pace.
