Hi there! I’m a therapist originally from Virginia, with deep passion for the LGBTQ+ and African American communities. My heart and practice has also been shaped by seven vibrant years in San Francisco. My approach is creative, compassionate, and affirming. I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen, and I strive to create a space where you can show up as your full self. Outside of therapy, I’m deeply inspired by music (of all genres), art, and all things creative. I bring that same spirit into my work, helping clients tap into their own resilience, insight, and expression. In our sessions, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where YOU set the pace. We'll explore what’s coming up for you emotionally, mentally, and/or physically, and work together to build insight in the context of your presenting concern.
