Welcome. My name is Trey, and I’m glad you’re here. You can expect to be heard, validated, and encouraged with me as your counselor—and you can expect to be challenged in areas where more insight or action is needed for you to reach the tipping point that leads to breakthrough moments. I approach counseling from an integrative model, with a particular emphasis in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe counseling is highly relational, and once a strong therapeutic relationship is formed we identify your specific goals and work towards them.
