I specialize in Trauma Counseling; Certified in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and IFS (internal family systems). I also am trained in Somatic Healing, CBT, biofeedback, ACT, Gestalt techniques, meditation & mindfulness techniques. I specialize in working with clients with PTSD, CPTSD, a history of trauma, abuse, domestic violence, narcissistic abuse, anger, anxiety, depression, substance abuse and addiction, & grief.
