A few openings between 9am-3pm, later times full. Life is full of expected and unexpected challenges that present a roller coaster of emotions. On the one hand there is a desire to openly share all of these thoughts and emotions connected to life's challenges and on the other hand a desire for privacy. Emotions can boil under the surface or they can be obvious at the top; and, we owe it to ourselves to set aside time to share and talk about these emotions to decrease the amount of energy they consume. Life is a treasure and with support, encouragement, empathy and compassion you can have the power to feel this sentiment every day!
