It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey. Growing up in a dysfunctional family, I didn’t have the tools for navigating life challenges. But through my own healing, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to navigate addiction, relationship and attachment challenges, and trauma. My lived experiences allow me to connect with others from a place of empathy and authenticity. I want you to feel safe, seen, and hopeful—knowing that, even if the road is difficult, healing is possible. My goal is to support you in building emotional resilience, healing past wounds, and fostering lasting self-compassion.
