Welcome to my page! The fact that you are even looking into therapy shows your strength. I think the stigma of seeing a therapist is fading but it still has a way to go. Therapy is really just guidance from an objective person. A person who has no stake in your decisions, and so is only interested in what is the best for you! What is the benefit for me? To see you thrive. There is no better feeling than to see a client go from struggling to living their best life. Over ten years ago I left my career in corporate marketing and returned to school. It was the best decision I’ve ever made.
