I enjoy helping others rediscover their authentic self through peeling back the layers of problems and gaining insight and peace of mind. I have found that so many people live with pain due to past trauma, relationship problems, addiction, and everyday life issues resulting in feelings of depression, anxiety, stress, sleep problems, hopelessness and isolation. Through the use of best practice methods, I strive to guide others into improving their skills and abilities to cope with everyday challenges. I have a wide range of experience working with others in diverse settings such as, community mental health, outpatient and inpatient treatment facilities, substance abuse, military, and schools.
