Sometimes life can be difficult, and we need a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental space to work through our struggles. I provide therapy services to individuals and couples who are struggling with a variety of life challenges. Some of the issues that I focus on with clients are addiction, grief and loss, trauma, sexuality, anxiety and depression. I believe in meeting clients where they are at in their journey and take a collaborative approach with folks to obtain their desired growth and change.
