I am Trina Cornelison, first and foremost a human being, just like you, who has had to find my way through the difficulties of life. I have had the privilege of helping clients along their healing journeys for over 15 years. I believe in the inner wisdom and self healing mechanisms within each of us. My intention is to help facilitate a greater connection to your body and its innate wisdom through getting to know your nervous system and by integrating mind-body interventions into the work that I do.
