Grief and loss are a part of being human and at times are difficult to understand or process. Although grief is a personal journey that is to be honored, you do not have to carry it alone. My practice is focused on creating a space for you to feel safe to share your loss; whether it’s from the death of a loved one, the loss or change in a relationship, feeling disconnected, experiencing health transitions or the loss of a belief or dream. My goal is to assist you in gaining understanding, clarity, healing and a way forward that supports your well-being.
