Welcome to Trinity Counseling! If you've landed here, I just want you to know how brave and strong you are for beginning the process of taking that first step for self-care, or for seeking care for a close friend or family member. I am a Christian counselor offering Biblical-based therapy for both individuals and couples. I believe the work of the therapeutic process is vital to our mental health and well-being. Further, I believe incorporating the peace and love of Jesus Christ, alongside of working towards therapeutic goals greatly enhances the success in overcoming our struggles. I am a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapist. I work primarily with adult women and teens who suffer from anxiety, depression, negative view of self-image/self-esteem, self-harm, and marriage and family. I meet with people who may be going through a life adjustment for a short time, and with those who are seeking longer term therapy.
