I believe clients are their own expert, and that with my guidance they can explore and challenge their own deeply imbedded inner core beliefs, and re-engineer them. Learning and speaking the client's language is tantamount to helping someone move forward towards a positive change. Clients begin to understand themselves better, and this allows the transition. I also believe that fear is one of the most debilitating emotions that we can have. It stops us dead in our tracks. We need to attack the fear, but first understand its roots. I like to be known as my client's "life coach!
