Hello and welcome! My first priority when working w/ an individual is creating a safe space by helping them feel heard and understood without judgment. Once this environment is established, I focus on supporting a client's feelings, helping them reach new insights and acquire skills so they may be more comfortable and effective in their lives. I strive to guide the client toward solutions and to help them meet the goals they have for the therapy.
