I am certified in evidenced based psychotherapies such as Hypnosis and EMDR.. because sometimes talking about problems does not make them go away. In collaboration with my clients we develop a plan that focuses on inner resources, and new perspectives to create healthier patterns of living. Therapy is a safe place to explore life's challenges and obstacles. We've all had the experience of being "hijacked" by our feelings- whether this is due to trauma, domestic abuse/victimization, divorice, bullying, anxiety or depression.
