While working with those who have experienced interpersonal trauma is my specialization, my integrated approach may help those struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, identity, grief & loss. My passion and experience are working with the LGBTQIA+ community and survivors of interpersonal abuse/violence such as domestic violence, childhood sexual abuse, and sexual assault. I am a safe and affirming therapist with a feminist/anti-oppression approach and training in Dance/Movement, Level 2 Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and EMDR.
