My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy- I combine deep emotional support with practical education, giving you both the understanding and tools you need to make meaningful and lasting change within yourself and your relationships. I am in-network for Aetna, Anthem, CenCal and Cigna, but I can also provide a superbill for my out-of-network clients.
