My practice specializes in trauma, guiding individuals through their experiences of abuse and neglect while fostering healing from attachment wounds. I primarily work with professionals, including mental health providers, medical professionals, and individuals in caregiver roles. I'm a certified EMDR practitioner and blend EMDR and IFS parts-work to address triggers and manage PTSD symptoms, including anxiety, depression, panic attacks, dissociation, low self-esteem, and relational challenges.
