Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out, disconnected from their bodies, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Therapy with me offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move toward healing on your own terms. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own story. I use evidence-based tools to help people heal their relationships with food and body while cultivating self-trust.
