My ideal client is someone who wants to take control and get the most out of their life. They are done letting hurt, trauma, and the past hold them back from being their best, whole and healed self. They are ready to see life as a beautiful adventure and are willing to do the work to heal and move forward while also realizing that this is a marathon not a sprint. The goal is to be our most authentic, strong, and kind selves while being full of compassion and love for ourselves as well as those around us. I focus on solution focused therapy techniques, identifying patterns of negative thinking and behaviors that hold us back from being the best version of ourselves. My style is empathic, encouraging, and empowering. I want to equip you with the tools to overcome the challenges of everyday life, negative patterns, and not just survive but absolutely thrive!
