It can be extremely hard to revisit times of deep hurt, and these blockages may have even been adaptive for you. At the same time, I believe that pain lives with you and manifests in the mind, body, and spirit if left unprocessed. I believe healing occurs when we release those blockages. I hope to do this together. I hope to instill the strength in you that you have the ability to re-story your narrative and break generational cycles. I offer a warm, transparent, and curious style to therapy. I believe that many “symptoms” experienced are common reactions to the difficulties and complexities of life, and the human condition as a whole. Navigating the human condition can be really tough, and I am deeply empathic to any one struggling.
