Hi, I’m Trisha. I’m a PhD-level therapist who works with adults and couples to strengthen communication, navigate life transitions, and build healthier relationships. I take a whole-person approach, considering sleep, stress, and movement as part of growth. My work is relational and DBT-informed, focusing on understanding patterns, building skills, and creating lasting change. I also serve as faculty and Clinical Coordinator at Michigan State University, where I train and supervise future counselors.
