I understand that life can be messy. Every day we struggle with the stress of work, family, financial pressures, personal doubts and fears of failure. Anxiety, depression and trauma can often times make even the simplest of tasks seem overwhelming. I understand that talking to someone unbiased and uninvolved can help to make sense of these experiences and give you a place to sort through these emotions in a private and confidential setting. I have great instincts that allow me to understand and meet clients where they are at and build on their strengths. I have enjoyed helping people to achieve their life goals, to see the true beauty of themselves and the potential they innately have inside.
