I take an eclectic approach to helping children, teens, young adults, families and couples lead happier, healthier lives. My specialties are in working with those who have experienced relational difficulties, life transition, loss or trauma. From the child who is having trouble dealing with their parents' divorce to the family of a teenager that longs for more open communication to a young adult facing what can come with emerging into the "adult" world, I provide a supportive, nurturing environment in which my clients can grow and move beyond the challenges they face in life.
