My goal as a therapist is to help children learn skills that will help them to feel happy with themselves, feel trust and happiness in their relationships, and feel confident in their place in their world. My approach will be to meet the client where they are and to match them with the treatment model that best fits with them. I draw from a broad base of child development, clinical training in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral modification, solution-focused therapy, language-based therapy, play-based therapy, social skills training, Coaching model with families, and bibliotherapy.
