I believe therapy is a gift that allows one's inner strength to emerge while our personal journey through life's experiences makes us who we are. My own journey has led me to my career as a therapist which allows me the honor and opportunity to work together with my clients to recognize their own strengths and limitations in achieving their goals. All this takes place within a strong, non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship that is built on empathy, trust, safety, and compassion.
