Hello! My name is Trista and my specialties include Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Veterans. I am an Air Force Veteran, Air Force Wife, Army Mom and Sister. I work with many mental health issues such as, but not limited to, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) for individuals ages starting 18 and up. My therapy dog, Paisley, and I work together to help our clients feel comfortable and at ease. I am available for sessions Tuesday through Friday. I am a PTSD Certified provider, Certified Telemental Health Provider and Certified Grief Informed Professional. I currently offer sessions on Zoom and I am willing to work with you on your schedule to get you into your sessions when it is convenient for you.
