About

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) licensed in the state of North Dakota. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from North Dakota State University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Mary. I utilize many different therapy modalities and techniques which are tailored to each individual person’s needs. I work primarily with adults focusing on depression, anxiety and panic disorders, trauma, PTSD, and I utilize EMDR. I am LGBTQIA+ affirmative, and I specialize in working with people who are queer, trans, or questioning gender identity. My goal is to help you reach your personal goals through building a trusting therapeutic relationship and providing and ensuring a holistic approach. I work with you as a whole; mind, body, and spirit. I strive to provide a non-judgmental environment where you feel supported, working towards improving your life, and reaching your goals.
