My name is Tristan Coopersmith, and I am a licensed psychotherapist. I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or burned out... often high-functioning people who look “fine” on the outside but feel unsettled, depleted, or unsure of how to move forward in a way that actually feels right. Many of my clients come to therapy during moments of transition: parenting challenges, relationship strain, career uncertainty, emotional overload, or a persistent sense that life has become unmanageable or uninspiring. They’re often tired of surface-level fixes and are ready to understand what’s really going on underneath.
