Hi, I’m Tristan! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I work with adolescents (14+), adults, and men who are navigating anxiety, overthinking, depression, low motivation, and major life transitions. I’m especially passionate about helping clients quiet the noise of perfectionism, comparison, and societal pressures (looking at you, social media!), so they can reconnect with their most authentic selves. When it’s important to you, I also incorporate faith-based perspectives into our work, respecting your beliefs and values to support your healing and growth. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that meaningful change comes from building on your existing strengths. I integrate evidence-based strategies with a practical, realistic, and down-to-earth style to help you navigate challenges and feel more empowered in your daily life.
