My heart as a counselor is to meet my clients where they are. I believe that we are all on a journey of growth with a desire to improve our emotional health. Every once in a while we get to a place where we feel stuck and sometimes being stuck is painful. That is where a qualified therapist can come into the picture and help you identify goals and process past hurts. I strive to provide a safe place where my clients can work through these issues free of judgement. View 4 Photos I have been fortunate to work with diverse populations from families trying to deal with communication issues, to those dealing with the fallout of sexual addictions and couples experiencing betrayal or intimacy issues. I am Gottman Method Level 1 trained and Affairs and Trauma trained. I use this knowledge when addressing individual and couples issues.
