About

I am a graduate of the Regis University Master's in Counseling program and hold a post-graduate certificate in child and adolescent counseling. Before my Master's degree, I completed my Baccalaureate degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Denver. Throughout my career I have worked for both Mental Health Center of Denver (in adult services) as well as The Third Way Center (a residential program for at risk youth). I believe a positive client-therapist relationship is essential for growth and healing and am passionate about supporting clients in developing awareness, knowledge and skills necessary to live healthy, fulfilling lives.
