Many of the clients I work with appear high-functioning externally while experiencing significant internal distress. They often present with chronic anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, depression, or persistent grief related to infertility, pregnancy loss, or complex family-building decisions. These clients have typically maintained responsibilities for long periods while their nervous system remains in a heightened state of stress. They seek therapy to improve emotional regulation, reduce trauma responses, increase clarity, and develop sustainable coping strategies that support long-term psychological stability and functioning. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, women’s health, and reproductive mental health, including infertility, pregnancy loss, surrogacy, and third-party reproduction. I offer a compassionate, informed, trauma-aware approach using CBT, DBT, and CPT to help clients feel grounded, supported, and empowered.
