My clients deal with a wide range of issues: emotions that often feel intense and out of control, suicidal behaviors, anxiety, depression, trauma and self harming behaviors. For this I use DBT and mindfulness to help them stabilize, make new choices and have a life they feel is worth living. I also work with seniors dealing with aging issues, depression, anxiety, and the grief of losing friends to death. Along with that, I work with grief and caregiver burn out. I use CBT reframing, mindfulness and EFT principles to support and assist. I have a wide range of experience with helping clients dealing with chronic illness and death.
