At True North Counseling, we know that life can be hard. Whether you are struggling with abuse and trauma, anxiety and depression, addictions or just the stressors of every day life, we have a therapist that can help you find your way. We work with children, adolescents, and adults. We will hear where you have been and where you see yourself in the future. We believe that there can exist a version of you in the future that seems impossible in the present. Change can be slow but it can be achieved. We respect and honor every client who walks through our doors regardless of cultural, ethnic, or sexual identity. In layman's terms, regardless of the challenges you are facing, we are trained to work with children through adulthood.
