My ideal client is an adult who has been carrying a lot for a long time. They may be navigating trauma, chronic stress, depression, anxiety, or the emotional weight of systemic and cultural pressures. Many have histories of instability, unmet needs, or survival-based coping that once protected them but now feels exhausting. They are often strong, capable, and resilient, yet deeply tired of “just getting by.” They may be high-functioning on the outside while feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck on the inside.
