A typical treatment plan may involve goals stated in your words of what you hope to accomplish during treatment along with measurable objectives to help get you there! Currently offering an Intensive Outpatient Program for Substance Use, starts Sept 3rd ! I integrate multiple approaches based on your needs and what resonates with you: CBT, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic, solution focused, trauma informed, EFT, inner child, and EMDR to provide optimal care. I'm also trained in Imago couple's therapy. Provide both individual and relationship therapy.
