Life provides experiences that can be challenging and difficult to overcome. Sometimes these difficulties present in feelings of sadness, grief, worry, or relationship problems. Despite the problem there is hope to be able understand how these experiences can shape us to be stronger and better ready to handle life, so that we can live it to our fullest potential. I approach therapy as a journey we take together, exploring challenges and learning how to manage, cope and overcome stressful feelings and thoughts. I have been trained to work with issues of trauma, anxiety and depression and I also specialize in couples work and with adolescents and teens.
