I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist on Oahu providing individual, couples, and family psychotherapy. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, working together with my clients to help empower, strengthen, and enhance their lives with goals of increasing self-awareness so that they can make meaningful changes in the way they relate to others, function in the world, and see themselves. I offer a safe and supportive environment for change and believe establishing a trusting relationship with my clients is one of the main elements of therapeutic success.
