Therapy, to me, is a relationship—a space where you don’t have to carry it all alone. Whether you’re sorting through anxiety, feeling stuck in patterns that don’t make sense, grieving something unspoken, or trying to figure out who you are and where you belong, I want you to know you’re not alone here. I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating the in-between spaces of life—the transitions, the questions, the moments that feel tender or overwhelming. My clients often come to therapy feeling anxious, down, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we slow things down and gently explore what’s beneath the surface. We make space for your emotions, your story, and the parts of you that are ready to heal. When I work teens, I hold their unique experiences with deep respect and care. These years are full of big feelings, shifting identities, and the desire to be both independent and supported.
