I’m a licensed clinical therapist, life coach and sacred space holder for Black women who are ready to come home to themselves. For years, I’ve walked alongside women who’ve carried too much for too long — high-achieving, heart-centered sisters who’ve learned to survive in a world that rarely makes room for softness, rest, or grief. I know that path well… and I know there’s another way. My work is rooted in clinical wisdom and sacred knowing. I blend evidence-based mental health support with intuitive healing, ritual, and self-love practices that are culturally affirming and spiritually grounded. I support women of color experiencing: -Anxiety (chronic worry, overthinking, perfectionism, panic) -Trauma (including racial trauma, complex/childhood trauma, PTSD) -Depression (low mood, numbness, exhaustion, loss of purpose) -Life Transitions (breakups, identity shifts, career change, grief) You deserve a space where your wholeness is seen and your story
