Being a part of the healing processes is a privilege where the opportunity for individuals to let go a little at a time presents, opening the door to hope and wholeness. EMDR therapy is an evidence based integrative psychotherapy approach that has helped millions of people of all ages relieve many types of psychological stress. I have completed numerous advanced specialized EMDR trainings to address complex trauma. EMDR has been effective in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and performance improvement.
